First Day

Hello everyone, my name is Brian Aguirre and together with Kushal Swami we created the original Micro LAN Board last semester. Using our knowledge and experience we hope to teach the new members the necessary skills to build their own Micro LAN Board. Today we had our first discussions on the future of the project and how we are going to communicate and collaborate on the project.

• We provided a quick overview of the components of the system and what role they provide in the grand scheme of things. 
• We also downloaded and installed the Kali Linux iso image to our laptop.
• We downloaded and installed the Win32DiskImager utility so we could format and install the iso image on our SD card.
• After formatting and installing the Kali Linux image we loaded the SD card into one of the Raspberry Pi's.
• We created a Trello board to keep constant communication with each other and to provide updates on the project throughout the week.

I look forward to working with the team next week and having each member download, format, install, and configure a distribution of Linux onto the Raspberry Pi's.
